For more than 30 years, it has advised clients on corporate sales, acquisitions, management-buy-outs (MBOs), privatisations, search for investors, research activities and supports business successions. Harald C. Klien now focusses on fundraisings and capital increases and has successfully completed numerous domestic and international M&A transactions.
History
CD Invest Consult GmbH was founded by Dr. Harald C. Klien in 2005. Both gained extensive experience in M&A consulting through previous activities and acquired numerous references across different industries.
Extensive M&A process know-how and personal contacts with corporate decision makers and investors are essential for our success. CD Invest assists its clients through purposeful personal guidance.
CD Invest Consult GmbH is a member of the globally active M&A network CFA Worldwide, which has been enabling medium-sized cross-border transactions for over 60 years.
In 2007 the Slovenian CD Invest office was established with the aim to introduce M&A advisory services for SMEs in the former Yugoslav market. From Slovenia, the expansion in the region has been successfully implemented and further offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2008), Serbia (2009) and Croatia (2010) were established. CD Invest is the only independent M&A advisory firm with a regional presence in Southeast Europe.
